This is a safe, guided breathwork session designed to help your nervous system settle and reset.
You’ll be guided throughout the session in a safe, structured setting, with full choice and control over your experience.
No prior experience is required.
What this is
Breathwork works directly with the nervous system.
By changing how you breathe, you influence how your body processes tension, stress, and emotion.
Some people experience deep relaxation.
Others feel clarity, grounding, or emotional release.
Everyone’s experience is different.
This is not yoga.
It’s not meditation.
And it’s not therapy.

Anyone curious about breathwork but unsure what to expect
People who want to feel calmer, clearer, or more grounded
No prior experience is needed.
What to expect
You’ll be lying down comfortably on a mat
Guided breathing with music
A continuous breathing practice lasting approximately one hour
You’re free to slow down, pause, or return to natural breathing at any time
You remain in control of your breath and experience throughout.

This is a guided and supportive practice
Participation is always optional
You can pause or modify your breathing at any time
You do not need to share anything with the group
Mats, bolsters, and eye coverings are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing.

This session involves guided breathing practices that may bring up physical or emotional sensations for some participants.
Breathwork is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, or any medical or mental health concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating, or reach out with questions in advance.
You are responsible for listening to your body and adjusting or pausing your breathing at any time.
Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any point.
