Hope you are having a great weekend, and looking after yourselves.
I have some really exciting news.
For world mental health day I have decided to host a very special event, in the black country. It will take place Friday 10th October and will consist of two sessions which can be taken as individual sessions or as one longer one.
The first will be a guided relaxation with optional acupuncture needles or ear seeds, the second will be a sound bath.
Both are to encourage you to take time out from your busy lives, relax, rest and hopefully switch off for a couple of hours and focus on yourselves.
I have found a hall but I am still looking to find one with mats otherwise you will need to bring something to lay on, along with anything you want to make you feel nice and cosy such as pillows, blankets etc.
The price for the individual sessions will be £15 and for the 2 it will be £25.
