Free Beginner Guitar Workshop - October 2025

Get started on the right track with a completely free 60 minute guitar class these school holidays, designed specifically for complete beginners. Those with experience are also welcome.

Students will learn essential chords and skills that you need to play your favourite songs in a relaxed group. Feel free to bring your own electric (with a lead) or acoustic guitar.

No guitar? No problem! We can provide a spare guitar for you to use during the class – just let us know prior to the event.

Important Notes:

• This event is designed for all ages

• ADDRESS: 1B/1 Exchange Parade, Smeaton Grange NSW - please note that Google Maps and any GPS may take you to the wrong end of the building. See this video for directions.

• The lesson will go for approximately 55 minutes, allowing several minutes spare at the end for changeover and any questions that students or parents may have

• Students are welcome to bring their own guitar if possible, but some spare guitars will be available for use on the day

• We are located on the second level of the building and advise to avoid bringing prams due to a narrow staircase

• Parents are welcome (and encouraged) to sit in on the classes

• Space in the room is limited, so we advise avoiding bringing additional children along to sit and watch

• There is no eating or drinking permitted in the tuition room

• The tutor at this event may be filmed for internal training purposes , so some students may be partially filmed

• Only participating students need to book tickets - parents will not need one

• We will be taking a group photo at the end for social media and marketing purposes
