WHAT TO EXPECT? (50 % SOLD OUT)
〰 2 Morning Guided mindfulness meditation sessions
〰 4 extended movement workshop style classes (longer than studio classes with slow integration and winding down). A logical sequenced buildup so you are not tired out by the end of the weekend, but energised. (One of which is wall assisted Yoga)
〰 Time outdoors in nature and 2 mins walk from the sea (alone and in group)
〰One cardio HIIT session on the beach (optional), Cold Swimming Therapy
〰A Personal Chef on site. The food will be clean, nutrient dense, rich in flavour, local , organic and mostly vegan (you can take your favourite recipes home with you) ideal for movement and meditation.
〰Transformational Breath workshop
〰Masseuse onsite at an extra cost
And just have fun! No need to feel obliged to do everything. The focus of this weekend will be on recharging so that you can return home fresh, invigorated and inspired.
