By booking, you agree to the following:

1. Name Requirement & ID
You must provide your full legal name for safeguarding checks. Bookings without a full name will be void. Only first names appear on badges. Please also ensure you bring your photo ID (passport or driving license).

2. Dress Code
Modest dress is required.

3. Event Timings
Doors open at 2:00 p.m.
No entry after 3:00 p.m.
No exceptions.

4. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organisers, an alternative date will be provided. No refunds for non-attendance.

5. Facilities
Prayer facilities will be available. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Parking
Parking is available at the venue. All guests must register their vehicle on arrival.

7. Privacy
To protect guest privacy, no filming or photography is permitted.

8. Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee. Individuals previously refused admission will not be admitted, and no refund will be issued.
