Reiki & Restore

This two hour event combines the element of a sound bath provided by Chelsea Hanet, the healing touch of Reiki by Kirsten Toth, and the benefit of restorative yoga guided by Kristi Williamson. The intention is to support you as you slide into a state of relaxation and your nervous system takes a deep breath in and a releasing breath out.

To ensure each participant gets proper care and attention, capacity is limited so RSVP with pre-payment is the only way to secure your spot.

The cost is $50/person with a 10% discount offered to monthly unlimited membership holders.
