Mark your calendars for this year's enchanting winter fundraiser, Festival of Trees! Help us cross a milestone of $1 million raised over the lifetime of the event - all benefiting the pets and people of WCHS! For one weekend, our shelter is transformed into a beautifully-designed holiday display, featuring trees, wreaths, and other décor sponsored and decorated by community members and local businesses.

Saturday, December 6 from 10am – 7pm
Sunday, December 7 from 10am – 4pm
Admission
Adults: $8.00
Seniors: $6.00
Children ages 4-12: $6.00
Tickets can be bought at WCHS the day of the event.
Décor Raffle
Most décor items (trees/wreaths/etc.) on display in the Sylvia Lutz Training Center will be available for raffle on Saturday and Sunday of the event. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the event. Raffle winners will be pulled and announced on Sunday, December 8 at 3pm.
Live Music
As you walk through our display, live music performances will serenade you into the holiday spirit!
Bake Sale / Café
Satisfy your holiday sweet tooth at Festival of Trees! All weekend long, freshly baked goods will be beautifully arranged and sold near the entrance of the shelter. Food and refreshments can be purchased in our café.
Holiday Boutique
Browse a sprawling collection of holiday-themed gifts, décor, and countless other treasures at the Boutique, located in the WCHS classroom. The Boutique is open the entire weekend and even has extended hours after the event!
"Ugly" Holiday Sweaters
Need a holiday sweater or garment for an upcoming gathering? WCHS has you covered, literally! Starting in November, shop a variety of thrifted “ugly” garments in all shapes and sizes. Available pieces will be hung around the shelter corridors and can be purchased at reception.

Parking is in the following areas:
- Town of Polk lot (next door to WCHS)
- The soccer field back lot (accessible on Scenic Road)
- Midwest Food & Tobacco (3767 Scenic Rd, Slinger, WI 53086)
Attendants will be posted around to guide you as you enter. Please expect a longer wait to be parked if attending around mid-day.
