Calming & soothing Gong Bath

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be facilitating a soothing, calming Gong Bath at the incredibly cute @leitircornmill in Kilcar on Friday 26 September, from 7-8.30 pm. No need to bring anything, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat and blanket if you’d like. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes ☺️

A Gong Bath is an immersive sound experience that reliefs stress, calms the mind and relaxes the body. All you have to do is lie down and let me and my instruments do the rest 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s limited spaces for this unique experience, so booking is essential. To secure your space, you can book directly with me. Deposit is €10.
