Birth Wisdom Circle - August 2025

Motherhood is a season of deep love and also deep challenge. This circle invites us to pause and ask: What keeps me steady when life’s winds blow strong?

Together, we’ll explore the practices, people and places that ground and nourish our roots so we can show up with strength and softness for those we love. Expect a gentle blend of meditation, journaling and heartfelt sharing in a warm, supportive space.

Each woman will also receive a handcrafted herbal gift lovingly made by Sandy from The Herbal Path, as a reminder to nurture ourselves too.

There will also be time to connect over tea and yummy treats afterwards.
