SLFL January 21, 2026 Packing Event

On Packing Day we sort all the community donations and pack those beautiful boxes to send to our local heroes. Our packing room is in the back of the building on the left at 101 Mission Drive in Slidell. All our faithful volunteers and the interested public are welcome to join in and help. After packing some of our volunteers will be going to After packing some of our volunteers will be going to Crave 985 (2219 Carey Street, Slidell - The old location of Cote in Old Town) for lunch. Lunch is open to any packing volunteer that would like to join in. All orders and costs are at the individual's expense.

Our highlighted donation item for January is Body and Hand lotion for our military ladies. Slidell Ladies for Liberty send special "Girl" boxes to our ladies serving our country. We are low on lady items and selected lotion with nice scents for our January item of the month to replenish our shelves. Any brand or scent is welcome. All donations are welcome and appreciated, but we pick at one item each month that we are currently most in need of. If you want to donate lotion or any other items, you can bring them to our packing event on January 21st or drop them in one of our donation boxes located at businesses around town.
