Homage to Herbs

Herbs have always carried stories of our grandmothers, our ancestors, and the cultures that leaned on them for healing, comfort, and connection. This class is about slowing down, honoring that heritage, and letting the plants teach us.

We’ll sip, share, and discover the roots of herbs we often take for granted their cultural significance, their everyday benefits, and the way they connect us back to the earth. Together, we’ll get hands-on and create our own herbal tea bags and tinctures to take home, filled with intention and care.
