Immersive training in Momoakademiet, Oslo - Norway, 15th Sept - 15 December 2025
Self practice period: January - June 2026
Final module and graduation: 15th - 21st of June 2026
Momoakademiet is looking for passionate individuals to join our pilot program, the HumanKind Coaching and Facilitation Programme. The first cohort kicks off in autumn 2025, from September to December.
This program is for young adults aged 20-35 (exceptions can be made) and includes a 3-month stay at Momoakademiet in Norway, followed by a self-practice period of 6 months in your home environment before a final module and graduation.
In our pilot program, there are 16 available spots.
The program leads to certification as a HumanKind - Living Presence Facilitator from Momoakademiet, and as a coach in The International Zen Coaching Academy.

HumanKind Coaching and Facilitation Programme proposes practices that facilitate a return to the felt sense and a deepening connection with our participation in life. By engaging in an in depth process of deep listening, group work processes, embodied experiences and artistic expression, we rediscover our inner landscapes, creative contribution and intrinsic belonging, and we explore what it means to consciously participate, create, facilitate and innovate, as a friend, facilitator and leader deeply anchored in our intrinsic belonging.
Our intention is to contribute to the personal and professional growth of our students , enabling them to better support and guide the people they work with, promoting community engagement and transformation through one-one transformative coaching work, presence-based and responsive group facilitation, and a deep embodiment of principles and practices for awareness-based leadership.
Momoakademiet is associated with Zen Coaching, providing our students with the opportunity to become certified coaches in the international Zen Coaching Academy. This esteemed coaching school is recognized for its comprehensive training and support, boasting a network of approximately 500 certified coaches. By participating in this programme, you will not only gain valuable skills and insights but also join a vibrant community of practitioners dedicated to fostering personal growth and transformation.

🦚 Facilitator & Coordinator
Hanne Pedersen
Hanne Pedersen (46) is the founder of MOMOAKADEMIET and serves as the main teacher and coordinator of the HumanKind Pilot Programme. With a background in performance theatre and Creative Somatic Movement, she has been a teacher, coach, and facilitator of Zen Coaching since 2008.
Hanne’s work with Momoakademiet and the HumanKind programme is a response to a deeper calling of our times, inviting individuals to come together, build community, and share both individual and collective practices. Her mission is to empower participants to experience, explore, embody, innovate, and co-create their realities from a place of profound connection with the living world.
She possesses extensive experience in designing, facilitating, and directing creative processes. Her areas of expertise include awareness-based practices, creative somatic movement, coaching, and communication. Hanne’s educational background includes studies at Cantabile 2 School of Stage Arts (2003), the Zen Coaching training (2008), year studies in philosophy and psychology at the University of Oslo, and a Master’s in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing from the University of Central Lancashire (2016).
