Your Sunday morning wake up begins with an hour Pilates class including strength, core connection, stretching and breath work ~ moving by the ocean and energised through the sun.

Followed by freshly made nourishing organic spelt pancakes with fresh fruits and delicious toppings, herbal teas and beautiful connections.
