Diabetes Self-Management Class

Join us for a fall diabetes self-management class this October! This program will be on Tuesdays from October 7-October 21, 2025. All classes are from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Redington-Fairview General Hospital.

Topics include:
- What is diabetes? How is it treated?
- Emotional health and how to cope during the holiday gatherings.
- Medications
- Carb counting with a free lunch provided
- Artificial sweeteners and alcohol
- Problem-solving for the holidays
- And more!
