Come join us for a unique experience of frequency sound journey infused with Reiki. This in-person event will take place at Peninsular Roundhouse located at 425 W Franklin Ave, Shelton, WA 98584 downtown Shelton, where you can immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations and energy work. Let the harmonious sounds and healing frequencies guide you towards relaxation and balance. Whether you're new to energy healing or a seasoned practitioner, this event offers a serene space to connect with yourself and others. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit!

This offering is $15-65 sliding scale. This means that whatever feels right in your heart for you right now. Securing your ticket online confirms that you have a spot, however we will allow people to donate at the door if there are spots available still. (15 spots for yoga mats + 5-10 sitting available.

Note: This is a sober offering. Please do not come if you just had alcohol or other substances. We are deeply grateful for your support. All ticket purchases are considered donations to The Seed PNW, a Washington State registered 501(c)(3) church-based nonprofit organization, and are eligible as tax-deductible contributions. Your generosity directly supports the creation of sacred, healing spaces for community growth and connection.

We will be starting on time at 6:30. There will be time at the end for heart shares + integration.

You are probably thinking what to bring...

Think comfy: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, backjack, reusable water bottle. If you prefer a chair, bringing a camping chair is usually great!

Info: In Somatic Sounds, Amanda uses a variety of sacred instruments to support your healing journey, each with its unique vibration and frequency. Crystal Sound Bowls which promote emotional healing, chakra alignment, relaxation, and energy clearing. Drums which promote grounding, releasing emotional tension, and connecting to the rhythm of life. Rattles which promote spiritual clearing, cleansing, and activating the flow of energy. Chimes which promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of peace. Tuning Forks which promote pain relief, muscle tension reduction, and energetic rebalancing.
