Take time out in a Day Retreat in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, learn how to recognise and let go of harmful states of mind and replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

Through Buddhist teachings and guided meditations we can eventually maintain a light, positive mind throughout each and every day. Ultimately, if we remove all our harmful states of mind, we will definitely experience permanent inner peace regardless of how bad our external circumstances may be.

The cost of the day retreat is £40 (Centre Membership Scheme £30).
