**Revitalize Your Spine: Join Our 6-Week Yoga-Style Program!**
Participate in our six-week yoga-style exercise program led by Claire, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience.
This program focuses on improving spinal mobility, building strength, and enhancing confidence in movement. We will incorporate yoga breathwork and relaxation techniques to create a holistic wellness experience.
The spine is a remarkable structure that benefits from both movement and relaxation, both of which are essential components of our yoga sessions.
