Embrace the last embers of the summer sun as it gently fades to the cool, crispness of autumn.
This October I invite you to join me around the fire to rest. I will guide you through practices that allow you to reflect and lean into your compassionate self.
Each Tuesday evening from 7pm-8.30pm, for 4 weeks, you will witness the days shortening, as the sun retreats a little earlier each day and the colour of the leaves begin to change as they prepare to let go. This is an opportunity for you to find peace in the company of like-minded beings while being cocooned by the quiet darkness.
You will be guided through a mindful self compassion practice and a nature based creative activity each week. There is an option to receive a recording of the practice so you can continue to deepen your practice between gatherings.
In the midst of this delight you can enjoy a hot drink by the fireside.
*All events take place outdoors, unless the weather is posing a risk of harm (and we would relocate or rearrange). Wearing lots of layers is advisable to make it easier to adjust to the temperature.
**By block booking you receive a FREE space on our Samhain celebration on the Sunday 2nd Nov, from 10am to 12 midday. Samhain marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the darker half of the year. During this celebration you will have an opportunity to create a wreath from foraged materials and participate in a non-religious ritual to honour our ancestors.
