We’ll kick off by opening our hearts with some ceremonial grade cacao, setting intentions and then moving for an hour long class that feels like a dance party with live DJ beats.

Hannah Johnson’s teaching is rooted in presence, authenticity, and connection. With over a decade of experience guiding yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes, she creates spaces that invite individuals to show up, tune in, and move with intention. Hannah believes movement is an opportunity to build trust and quiet the noise so your truth is your compass . She strives to create and hold space for everyBODY to move, breathe, and evolve together, where every practice becomes a gathering of energy, expression, and belonging.
AHA founder Eliza Jean Greyce will be DJing the class with some groovy deep house vibes that get your heart pumping and your energy soaring.
