Ready to get off the couch and into your body? This 3-day retreat is all about movement, play, and real connection—with yourself and others.

What to expect:

AcroYoga workshops – partner-based fun, trust, and teamwork

Movement, mobility & handstand sessions – explore what your body can do

Tea tasting – a chill moment to connect and slow down

Sauna time & nature walks – reset and recharge in the forest

We’ll be based at Baraka Retreat Center, nestled between Vilnius and Kaunas.

- A spacious 110 m² hall with A/C for dynamic sessions

- A yoga terrace with a transparent roof – so we can move under the sky
