"Teaching the Faith" on Reformation Weekend

Dr. Steve Paulson teaches from the Small Catechism

Martin Luther has given us the great gift of the catechism for parents and loved ones, pastors, and teachers to give our households the essentials of our faith.

Join us for a Saturday morning retreat, October 25, 8:30-11:30 a.m., in the Gathering Room as part of a full weekend of highlighting the Small Catechism and its gift for faith instruction.

A great teaching opportunity is planned for the offices of parents, grandparents, Sunday School teachers, and anyone else involved in the life of our children! All adults (18 and older) are invited. The cost is $10 per individual, $15 per couple. It includes coffee and goodies social time 8-8:30 a.m., with a generous counter of brunch treats for our morning break. The nursery will be available for infants and toddlers.

Men’s table talks with Dr. Paulson Friday night at 6 p.m.

Willie Bertch will again provide a delectable offering of hot brisket sandwiches plus other meal compliments for the men. We will meet Friday, October 24, at 6 p.m. (location TBD). The cost of this event is $20 per person, $30 for you and a friend.
