Join us this October for a 4-week play-based Mommy & Me class led by our pediatric physical therapist, Paige Liggett from Move U. Each week, we’ll explore the gym at We Rock the Spectrum through sensory-rich, fun, and supportive activities designed to help your child:
- Build strength, balance, and coordination
- Learn how to use their body in new ways
- Improve week by week in a playful, age-friendly environment
