Sauna & Cold Plunge Group Run

The Great Outdoor Store along with Dakota Sauna Co. is hosting a Sauna and Cold Plunge Pop-Up event from 7am-3pm and they have graciously ok’d us to have a group run around their event!

Details:
We will have a group run start at the GOS at 8am and we’ll run an out and back on the bike trail. You can simply participate in the group run, or you can also sign up below for a slot in the sauna and cold plunge. There is a $30 cost for a 1-hour long session.

What is a sauna and cold plunge?
It’s a wellness event where you alternate between a hot sauna and an icy cold plunge. The contrast between hot and cold provides a refreshing and revitalizing experience!
