Help us welcome Sam, CNP, our new provider offering wellness visits for men and children.

Whether you’re curious about care, already a patient, or just want to meet the face behind the name, stop by and introduce yourself!

Wednesday, October 8th 4-6pm

Kids coloring contest-color a picture and get entered to win a kids health bundle including NutriDyn Kids Multivitamin, Kids Probiotic, and Fish Oil along with a package of wholly balls protein balls!
