Inner Light: A Heart Centered Gathering for Teens (ages 13-18)

This group offers teens a safe, supportive space to slow down, relax, and strengthen cofidence during an important time of growth and self-discovery. Through guided heart-centered practices, we focus on cultivating self-love, compassion, and positive inner dialogue.

The experience includes a gentle Holy Fire® Reiki guided meditation to promote relaxation, emotional balance, and inner peace. Teens are invited to connect with their inner light, explore loving kindness, and reflect on how compassion for themselves can positively influence their relationships and the world around them.



The gathering includes:

· Heart-chakra opening activity and grounding exercise

· A calming Holy Fire® Reiki guided meditation

· Guided journal prompts and intention setting

· Creating positive affirmation cards for daily encouragement

· A crystal gift as a symbol of self-compassion and self-love
