(2) Credit history review
(3) Mortgage financing and the loan process
(4) Shopping for a home
(5) Homeowner responsibilities
(6) Predatory lending awareness

Homebuyer Education is FREE and open to the public.
Complete Part 1 & 2 to receive a SD Housing HERO Certificate of Completion.
