Enlightened Breathwork

Step into a restorative space where the power of breath becomes a pathway to clarity, healing, and inner peace. This class, led by Trisha Berens, begins with gentle introductions and an overview of what breathwork is, exploring how it can support the mind, body, and spirit. Trisha will share a bit about her own journey and how breathwork has become a meaningful part of her personal healing practice. Together, you’ll review the breathing pattern you’ll be guided through, ensuring you feel grounded and supported. To deepen the experience, she may weave in sound instruments such as a singing bowl, gong, chimes, or rainstick, creating an atmosphere of resonance and release. You’re welcome to bring a journal to capture any insights or reflections that may arise after your practice.
