About the event

Ash Wednesday Service

The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 18. We will have two services: a short liturgy with the imposition of ashes at noon and a full liturgy with Holy Communion at 7pm. This season invites us to repent of our sins and return to God. For Christians, Jesus is the way to God, the truth about God, and the example of life with God (John 14:6). To return to God is to return to Jesus and to return to Jesus is to return to God. This Lent, you are invited to a renewed focus on Jesus Christ as he is revealed in the Gospels.
