Art Therapy and Journaling Group for teens

This group is led by Registered Art Therapist Ashley. Participants will have space to explore, reflect, and heal through guided art therapy and journaling. Each session offers opportunities for creative expression, shared support, and learning evidence-based coping skills to nurture emotional well-being.

🖌️ No art experience needed — just a willingness to show up and create. Materials will be provided. This group will be held on the floor of the yoga studio. Mats and pillows will be available for use. Our studio has lockers for safekeeping of personal items. Come as you are.
