Adult Intro to Trapeze - (Ages 16+)

Drop-in to an adult dance trapeze class. Spin, pose and explore this classic circus apparatus. No aerial experience is required to attend. This class will work on trapeze fundamentals and will allow you to feel like a true circus acrobat! Note: this is a dance trapeze, not flying trapeze class!
