Join Lost&Found for a free virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid training — a two-part session designed to teach participants how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults.

This course is ideal for educators, professionals, caregivers, and anyone who wants to be better prepared to help others in times of crisis or early warning signs.
