The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are present at the venue for children and guests with impaired movement.
Strollers can be rented at a 15 SGD fee while the cost of renting a mobility scooter is SGD 20 for the first three hours and an additional 5 SGD for every subsequent hour. Wheelchairs are free of charge.
For the Amazon River Quest Boat Ride, guests must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
The boat ride is not accessible by wheelchair users.
As the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, this experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorders, and impaired physical health.

Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.
Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
ATMs, lockers, nursing stations, and prayer rooms are available at the venue. The locker costs SGD 5 for the first three hours, following which a 1 SGD fee will be levied for each hour.
You can exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. You can get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.
A supervising adult must accompany children between the height of 1.06m and 1.35m for the boat ride.
Effective 1 April, the operating hours for River Wonders are 9am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm).
Giant Panda Exhibit: 9:30am – 6pm.
Amazonia Encounters: 9:30am – 6pm.
Amazon River Quest: 10am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm).
