Bring a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from your date of departure.
Bring proof of reservation; both digital and printed copies are accepted.
Bring your completed Indonesia Arrival Card (“White Card”)—required for all visitors entering Batam from 1 September 2025. Complete the card online at least 3 days before departure.
Wear proper golf attire: collared shirts, tailored pants or shorts, and appropriate golf or sports shoes.
Bring a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash in Rupiah (IDR) or Singapore Dollars (SGD) for on-site payments. Amex is not accepted.
Last-minute bookings are not allowed; all reservations must be made via email at least 48–72 hours in advance.
Amex cards are not accepted for payment at the club.
Improper golf attire (e.g., non-collared shirts, denim, sandals) is not permitted on the course.
Pets are not allowed on the golf course or in club facilities.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the club premises.
Locker and shower facilities are available with complimentary towels, soap, shampoo, and body care items.
Hotel check-in is after 2pm and check-out is before 12pm (Batam Time); early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
All ferry seats and accommodation are subject to availability.
All payments at the club are accepted in Rupiah (IDR) or Singapore Dollars (SGD); Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but Amex is not.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, visas, and vaccinations are in order before departure.
If you miss your ferry or do not show up, refunds or cancellations are strictly not allowed.
The golf course operates daily from 6am to 7pm (Batam Time); the latest tee time is at 4pm.
The club offers a pro shop, dining options, and event spaces for guests.
Caddy tips and Visa on Arrival (VOA) fees are not included and must be settled separately.
The experience is suitable for golfers of all skill levels.
