The Shilla Duty Free Brings Disney’s Zootopia-Themed Experience for Travellers in Transit

Travellers passing through Changi Airport this festive season are in for a rare treat. From 20 November 2025 to 5 January 2026, everyone can look forward to enjoying festive themed activities inspired by Disney’s Zootopia across Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4, including the Zootopia Ring Toss - a free-to-play game with sure-win prizes - and a dedicated Zootopia-themed colouring station designed to keep young travellers engaged during their journey.

The Shilla Duty Free will also bring the first-ever Zootopia Meet and Greet in an airport transit area in Singapore. For three days only, from 28 to 30 November 2025, travellers at Changi Airport Terminal 1 may also have the opportunity to meet and greet with Disney’s Zootopia’s favourite duo.

Travellers of all ages can look forward to getting up close and personal, capturing photos and creating a memorable stopover experience. Meet and Greet sessions will be held at 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:00pm from 28 to 30 November 2025, beside the newly refreshed Shilla Duty Free Store next to Central Piazza. Meet and Greet passes are given out 30 minutes before each session on a first come first served basis. As passes are limited, visitors are encouraged to plan ahead to secure a spot and not miss the chance to meet the friends of Zootopia on their travels.
