RUN//RITE Beginner Boost is a welcoming 2KM jog/walk designed for:
✔️ Complete beginners
✔️ People returning after a break
✔️ Anyone intimidated by running
✔️ Friends of current RUN//RITE members who want to start

We run every Monday — slow-paced, friendly, and beginner-safe.

• Slow, conversational pace
• Run/walk option (totally okay!)
• 2KM only — no pressure to perform
• Warm-up & cool-down included
• Support from experienced runners
• Positive, encouraging vibes only
