In an industry built on "perfect" personas and curated brand voices, we rarely get the chance to drop the mask. We spend our days making everyone else look good, while navigating the messy, unspoken realities of the corporate world behind the scenes.

Off the Record: A Dinner for Marcomm Truths is where the podcast comes to life. We’re moving the conversation from your headphones to the dinner table. This is an invite-only evening for marketing, comms, and PR leaders to discuss the stuff we usually only whisper about in DMs.

No stiff networking. No elevator pitches. No jargon. Just the raw, unfiltered truth over great food and even better company.

We’ve taken the most burning themes from our Off the Record podcast and turned them into live table sessions. We will be drawing questions from a jar and having a real, raw conversation about them

Christel started her career in a local PR agency before taking an inhouse communications role. Since then, She founded and currently runs Grow Public Relations (Grow PR) which has served more than 100 companies. Christel finds great joy in asking questions and being part of great conversations. She has been featured in The Straits Times, CNA TODAY, The Edge and was recognised as CLEO Change Maker 2018 among many others.

Hazel is a marketing strategist with over 30 years of experience helping founders and their teams build strong brands across Asia.

She spent 7 years building and leading a digital marketing agency, working with SME founders and teams as well as established brands like DBS Bank, BMW, IKEA, and Pfizer. Her superpower? Bringing an analytical engineering mindset to creative challenges—building strategies that look good AND deliver results.
