In today’s digital world, students often spend much of their time on screens and social media, leaving little space to notice the world around them. · Discover how gratitude supports positivity and emotional well-being.
· Learn simple mindfulness tools to manage stress and stay grounded.
· Develop kindness and appreciation toward themselves and others.
