5Rhythms Moving Wave with Jada Jane

Dear Dancers,
Join us for a 2hour 5Rhythms journey where we begin with a deep dive into the foundational principles of the practice. The 1st hour offers guided movement exercises to explore the basics of each rhythm- Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Expect some partner or group exercises and sharing to build awareness and connection.
The 2nd hour flows into the full wave, allowing you to move freely with what's alive in your body, integrating the tools through your own expression.
All levels welcome. No experience needed- just your curiosity and presence.
