Our class will open with an explanation of the Chakra system of the human body, and how the wellness of these chakras can benefit your life. The Chakra system is composed of 7 main Chakras and other smaller ones, all working in harmony for the flow of your energy system. They are connected with your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and can be supported in numerous ways we will cover.
Jane and Charlie have been studying and intuitively viewing the Chakras in themselves and in clients for decades and they work to bring you the traditional wisdom of the ancients. They have seen many modern representations that have altered the traditional placements and meanings of the Chakras - and they want to help you uncover the wisdom of the ages through the opening portion of this class!
Then we will enjoy a peaceful, original guided meditation by Jane, walking you through calming imagery and helping you to find a peaceful awareness of your own Chakras, getting connected with your body and its deep and profoundly connected energy flow. This is accompanied by the relaxing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowl and the Healing Drum, performed live by Charlie.
The Crystal Singing Bowl is tuned to the tone of the Heart Chakra, so we may all center ourselves in a place of abundant love. The Healing Drum speaks to the tones of the lower Chakras, connecting us to the power and ancient fire within us.

We record every guided meditation, so if you'd like a copy of one of the meditations you did with us in class on a CD or a downloadable audio file, they're just $5!
