Last year at Simsbury Celebrates, we opened our doors for the very first time.
There was still dust on the floors. We remember literally sweeping up pieces of our build-out, hoping people wouldn’t notice the chaos because we were just so excited to share what we were creating.
We didn’t know if anyone would come.
We didn’t know if people would “get” what Lucky Gut was yet.
We just knew we had poured our hearts, our hands, and every ounce of belief into this space… and this community showed up anyway.
You showed up before we even had classes scheduled.
Before we had vendors.
Before the market was full.
Before the fire pit.
Before the shelves were stocked.
Before we fully knew what Lucky Gut was going to become.
And now, one year later, our floors shine.
Our shelves are full.
Our calendar is bursting with workshops, cooking classes, and community events.
We have a team.
We have systems.
We have a market.
We have a vision, and it’s alive.
So this weekend, during Simsbury Celebrates, we get to welcome you back… not to show you what’s coming, but to show you what we’ve built together.
From 4–7 PM, come warm up with us:
• Free cocoa
• $5 chili
• A cozy fire pit
• Kids’ activities in collab with our sister-business The Children’s Clubhouse
• Book signings by local authors
• Our market will be open open and buzzing
• And the same heart that started all of this last year — just a lot more polished
Just swing by, say hi, and celebrate how far a dream can go in one year when a community believes in it.
