Free Yoga with Emily

Each class is a flowment—a word that combines flow and moment— which describes that sweet, intentional pause in your day where you get to breathe, stretch and move in harmony with your environment.

Surrounded by community, fresh air and a beautiful outdoor space, these classes are such a special part of my week—and I hope they'll become part of yours, too. Whether you've been flowing with us from the beginning or are just joining in, we can't wait to see you on the mat soon!

We'll be meeting on the grassy area at BridgeWay Plaza in front of the stage!
