Lean By Halloween Kickoff Workshop

This workshop is for Lean By Halloween 6-Week Challenge Members only! We will be discussing an overview of the challenge, meal plans, as well as what we will be monitoring (body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, etc) throughout the challenge.
