Hispanic Heritage Festival – Kids Zone

Join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, and Silvis’ vibrant Hispanic community, with a citywide festival hosted by Silvis Main Street and the City of Silvis! The Silvis Public Library will be at the park’s pavilion hosting kids zone! There will be face painting with Balloonatix, yard games, and goody bags and crafts limited to the first 200 kids. Sponsored by the Friends of the Silvis Library.
