Yoga in the Garden

Take a break from your daily tasks and join Tsipora Berman for a breathing, walking, stretching and strengthening exploration at The Oregon Garden. Guests will be led through a multi-sensory, transformative, interdisciplinary yoga experience connecting eco-psychology, physics, neuroscience, biology, ecology, and the arts using a variety of mind/body practices. Learn how you can use curbs, trees, stairs, chairs and benches for yoga wherever you find yourself.

Pre-registration suggested. No materials required. Comfortable clothes and water recommended.

The purchase of a ticket includes Garden admission- feel free to wander and explore the Garden after yoga, or bring a picnic to enjoy!
