Spooktacular Stroller Strides + Costume Exchange

Get ready for a spooktacular morning with FIT4MOM! 👻✨

We’ll kick things off with a Stroller Strides class — a full-body workout designed for moms with littles in tow (Age 4 and under need to be in a Stroller). Then stick around for our Halloween Costume Exchange! 🎃

Here’s how it works:
👗 Bring any gently-used costumes (kids or adults) you’re ready to part with.
🔄 Hunt for a “new-to-you” costume to take home!
🍬 Enjoy a fun, festive morning with your village.

📍 Location: FIT4MOM Storefront at Kitsap Mall
🕤 Time: Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 10AM

✅ All fitness levels welcome
✅ Open to members & non-members — invite a friend!
✅ Don’t forget water, a mat, and your stroller
