Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu with Roy Goldberg Shihan—Silver Spring, MD

Join us for 2 days of serious training in this rare and beautiful martial art! Its core principles focus on subtle manipulations of structure and balance and will complement and enrich any martial arts training regardless of style. Space is Limited. Experience taking ukemi (rolling and breakfalls) is recommended, but not required. Goldberg Shihan will demonstrate techniques and principles for students of all ranks, styles and experience.
