The Pathways to Progress: Board Governance Workshop is a full-day, in-person training designed to strengthen leadership, compliance, and strategic governance for public entities and nonprofits across New Mexico.
Presented by the Gila Community Foundation (GCF) in partnership with the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments (COG), this workshop brings together board members, elected officials, and nonprofit leaders from throughout the state to build practical skills for ethical governance, fiscal oversight, and effective leadership.
Whether you serve in a rural community or a larger municipality, this training provides tools that can be immediately applied within your organization or governing body.
