Dance for All with Sophia McLaughlin

All are welcome to this contemporary dance class. Using improvisation and set dance sequences set to music, the class will focus on moving together to create joyful community. No previous dance training is required as this class will be accessible for everyone; wear comfortable clothes to the workshop. Dance Artist Sophia has experience teaching children, young adults, elderly individuals, blind communities, and people with mental and physical disabilities.
