Surrounded by the quiet charm of our three outdoor decks, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, seated tasting hosted personally by owners Troy and Michelle LaMar. Together, we’ll explore five of our latest Optio releases, each glass accompanied by the stories, inspiration, and heritage behind the wines.

While our Sierra Madre location doesn’t offer vineyard views, the heart of this experience lies in the storytelling, the wine, and the personal connection. It’s a rare chance to sip with the winemakers themselves—and become part of the Optio journey.
