Umpire Development Program (Rules Discussion)

Umpires are an integral part of our game; they ensure the rules are enforced consistently, and are responsible for keeping game play safe and fair.

Given the rapid and steady growth of netball in Siem Reap, Cambodia, The Netball Project has decided to contribute time and resources to developing a dedicated umpiring squad.

As such, a FREE introductory umpire theory session will be held this Saturday 31st January at Rose Apple Square (Siem Reap House), for selected participants, or those who have expressed an interest in umpiring.

This unique and rewarding learning opportunity will allow participants to see the game from a different perspective.

Through the #NetballSiemReap Umpire Development Program individuals will gain in depth knowledge of the rules, and further develop personal skills such as communication, confidence, resilience, and decision-making.
